Plain English: Use this service responsibly. Don't spam, scam, or break local laws. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. All sales are final — no refunds. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up, paying for, or using Aumfig API ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. About the Service
Aumfig API is an unofficial WhatsApp gateway that lets developers and businesses send WhatsApp messages programmatically via a REST API. The Service is built on the open-source Baileys library and operates by maintaining a Web WhatsApp session linked to your phone.
⚠ Unofficial API risk: We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC / Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatsApp may ban accounts that use unofficial APIs, particularly for spam or aggressive sending. We provide anti-ban safeguards but cannot guarantee your number stays unbanned.
3. Account & Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must provide accurate registration information
- One person/organization per account — sharing credentials is prohibited
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and API key
- Notify us immediately at support@aumfig.com if you suspect unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) to people who have not opted in
- Distribute malware, phishing links, or scam content
- Impersonate any person, organization, or government body
- Violate any applicable law (Indian or recipient's country)
- Send content that is hateful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or violates intellectual property rights
- Circumvent rate limits, anti-abuse safeguards, or account suspensions
- Resell, sublicense, or whitelabel the Service without written permission
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Use the Service for any illegal gambling, drug sales, or weapons trade
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules, without refund.
5. Subscription & Billing
5.1 Plans
Plans are billed monthly in advance via Razorpay. Prices, features, and limits are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice (existing subscribers locked in at their current price until renewal).
5.2 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions do not auto-renew by default. You must manually renew each billing cycle from your dashboard.
5.3 Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once payment is completed. We encourage all users to try the free trial before purchasing to ensure the Service meets their requirements.
5.4 Trial
One free trial per account (3 days, daily message limit applies). Trials cannot be extended or re-activated.
6. Service Availability
- We target 99.5% uptime but provide no SLA on free or basic plans
- Scheduled maintenance announced in dashboard 24h in advance when possible
- We are not liable for downtime caused by WhatsApp/Meta, your internet provider, or force majeure events
7. Data & Privacy
How we handle your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:
- We store account info, message metadata, and session credentials
- We do not sell your data
- You can export or delete your data at any time
8. Intellectual Property
The Service (excluding open-source libraries) is owned by Aumfig. You retain ownership of your message content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your messages to deliver the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for WhatsApp account bans, message delivery failures, or third-party actions
10. Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time (Settings → Account → Delete Account)
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with notice when possible
- Upon termination, your data is deleted within 90 days (subject to legal retention requirements)
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced in your dashboard 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
